Struggled a bit tonight how can I have run for 20min 2 nights ago and today struggled with 8mins 🤦🏽‍♀️🤨

It is your longest workout to date........which bears out my contention that overall duration, whether running or walking, is highly relevant to the explanation.

After W5R1 there is an obvious psychological boost and a possible belief that one twenty minute run does a runner make............. it's the same as swallows and summers........

I think people get confident after W5R3 and expect the next to be easy. You’ll be fine 👌🏽

W6R1 and R2 are simply hard work. Respect them. Take them slowly. And reap the benefit in R3.
