Hi! I’m 48, not a runner, more of a cycler but thought I’d give this a go! Just completed final run of week 3 and really surprising myself !! Struggling a bit with a sore left knee.. keep applying the ibuprofen gel.. but is it likely just to get gradually better?! Having a few rest days between runs due to work, so not over doing it. But thoroughly enjoying the program 😊
