Graduated today! My thanks to all posters

Not having run since school, being 58 and veryunfit, I knew I had to do something and this app has helped me enormously. I am very grateful to the creators, administrators, Jo Whiley and everyone who posts. Seeing that it is ok to be slow helped me jump from 3mins to 5mins to 8mins etc which at the time I didn't think possible. I had to stop for 2 weeks after week 4 because of a knee problem but I took the advice given, re-ran wk 4 and have not had an issue since (I do the knee excercises prior to each run). Going forward and seeing the advice given, I will keep running the same time every other day and try the stepping stones podcast. Good luck to everyone and for people just starting, it's ok to be slow, out of breath and red in the face - I still am!

Well done. 54 and in December was unfit but been working on it. Just putting c25k into my regime along with the other stuff I do nice to have some structure.

Well Done. Don't go away now! I'm going to try Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed runs on C52K+ next. Just have to do W9R3 first - tonight!

Many thanks for all the effort you put into supporting us new runners - I have read many off the links you refer to and for myself, my plan is to consolidate Wk9 running for a month or two and then try the stepping stones. My last 30mins run was 4.4km and my medium goal is to get to 5k in 30mins. Once again, thanks for your help, it's made such a difference to me.
