Week 7 done and dusted, run 3 seemed a but easier, as someone who is nearly 62 and has diabetes T2 just need to keep an eye on my sugar levels had some jelly beans today, but not sure i like the ones I got, and don't really like eating at same time as running. Week 8 here I come ready or not lol

Go you.... this is all going to be good for you...slow and steady... hydrate well and link a healthy eating regime with this

Not sure why you need to watch yr sugar levels if your eating regime and meds are correct?? Husband is type 2 and 72 years old.. he walks and cycles and swims. Check out this Michael Mosley week sugar free diet.. we use it as part of our already healthy eating regime... ( not the fasting though) the recipes are amazing...his wife has a linked recipe book too!

Mainly because my diet is c--- but usually go running first thing in a morning so very rarely have had breakfast, try to be sugar free but I am my own worst enemy, I go running/plodding on a track saves my knee from more injury but its flat
