W5D2 complete!

Woke up early again this morning (6am) with the sun beaming through the window! What a morning to waste. So up I jumped running gear on and out the door!

I changed my trainer from Sarah to Michael for a bit of a change but I'm sure Sarah chats to me more then he does? I think I'll go back to Sarah. I misheard him though and thought he said the first run was for 5 minutes but afterwards he said id run for 8 mins and I managed it quite easily. The second run I carried on going a little so I ran for 10 mins in total and completed a full 2.5 miles!! I'm shocked!

I'm loving how much I'm enjoying this and think the runs are so much easier when your heart is in it. I'm still not looking forward to day 3 which ill attempt on Friday morning or perhaps even Sat morning at the local parkrun. We are away at Butlins next week so rather than have a whole week off I'm going to take my running gear with me lol xx
