Hi I’m on week5 about to start day 3 but while running yesterday I went over on my ankle a little never thought much finished run ok felt good Had a good day did a lot of walking during the day got home and it was a bit achey my partner said it’s a little swollen I get tell but dose ache. My question is what do I do shall I run tomorrow and if so the full 20 minuets or rest and repeat week 5 only I due to have my eye operation on the 5th June so will have to stop at week 7

I just had a similar problem only I did my ankle in in a hike.
Bad news: It's best not to run until it's healed.
Good news: I was able to pick up where I left off after a week off!

Do not run...just heal and know...those runs will be there,, waiting

I turned my ankle last year and it can take a long time to heal, because of relatively poor blood supply to the area. I cycled for a few weeks, to improve blood supply and keep supporting muscles working, without any load bearing. It worked for me.
Don't be tempted to run until recovered.
