Can I use the Runkeeper app at the same time as Stepping Stones? I don't want any audio with Runkeeper so hoping there's an opt out for that? I do want to hear Laura though 😊 Thank you in advance 🤞

Stepping stones is an MP3, just like a music recording, so as long as your smartphone is capable of using a tracking app at the same time as playing music, then the answer is yes.

You could still have voice notificationso onRunkeeper, if you wanted, as it will dip other audio when they come up.

Should be fine. Normal trick with these things is to start your music/mp3 playing before you launch the other app.

I'm in the same boat on my aging Apple device.

Not prepared to throw my credit card on the table for a new one. There are a bunch of other similar apps tho.

Strava and MapMyRun will both log pace and and location and other things and both are within the capabilities of my iDevice...

Thank you just tried both of those but not happening .... The reality is (thanks Google) that my iPhone 4s can't update to iOS 10 Ouch!! 😫

I disinterred an old iPod Touch which can't take IOS 10, but everything else seemed to work on whatever IOS 9.x number I'm stuck with.

Sometimes I just hate technology...
