What can I say about my run today? I really wasn't feeling it when I woke up this morning. After a long day at work yesterday I woke up tired and with tight muscles. After a bit of an internal argument I decided to head out.
I kept the pace set to very very slow jog. A few minutes in I thought I'd made a huge mistake and that I really wasn't going to manage it but then my muscles started to ease of and I found my stride.
I ended up finishing the run with my muscles feeling better than they did before I started.
I am really glad I pushed through and went out. I managed to complete my 2nd 25 minute run (albeit at a much slower pace) which a couple of months ago I would never have even imagined being possible.
