Welcome to the forum.

First thing is don't be scared. Fear is negative and counter productive. Far better to relish the challenge and delight in your new found ability.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

My advice is to just go for it. It is meant to literally take you from the couch to 30 minutes running, we all started right where you are and you’re no more out of practice than the rest of us were at the beginning. Keep it slow and steady and enjoy!

It can seem daunting so don’t look too far ahead and if you’re not ready to move forward at the end of a given week then don’t force yourself but honestly this program works!

Hi Sappa. Don’t be scared - it’s a gentle progression and a successful plan. Keep it slow and steady as Jenny has said. It really is the key. Enjoy! 😊

Well done sappa for getting started. c25k is an amazing programme and if it it can get this 60 year old running for the first time, I’m sure it can work for you. Just follow it slowly, take your rest days and the miracle begins. 😃🌞🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
