I actually did it! Completed week 9 run 3 on Tuesday after a blip on Monday so am now looking forward to consolidating what I've done this far. Any tips most welcome

Consolidation time, any tips?
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations! Great feeling isn't it! My tip is just to keep doing what you have been doing, just keep up that 30 minutes until it becomes the norm, and then maybe increase by a minute every few runs? I graduated a few weeks ago and did about 4 or 5 more runs after that at 30 minutes, and now i'm increasing it by a minute every few runs. I'm in no rush to be a long distance or super fast runner so I think a gradual increase is best, just like the tortoise in the Tortoise and the Hare... slowly slowly Enjoy your graduation glory.
Congratulations! 🎉👍🏼🎓There’s lots of advice over in consolidation but as Beetroot says, spend a couple of weeks getting comfortable with 30 mins and then see how you feel. Whatever you do, take it easy and gradually increase - steady and slow wins the race as ever! 🐢🐌
Congratulations! 👏👏👏🥳
Take it slowly, you're still a new runner.
Having said that, you can mix things up a bit now. You can run for less than 30 minutes, or more than 30 minutes (it's advised not to increase by more than 10% each week). Try some different routes, the odd hill? You can even do a socially distanced run with one friend now. And you never know- parkrun might start again in the autumn.
Just enjoy for a few weeks and see where it takes you.
As BeetrootFace77 says, keep doing the 30 min runs, they are still quite new to you so continue to do those 3 times a week, then maybe you can do what I’m doing, which is trying to improve my time running 5k. Ive also downloaded Run Zombie Run interactive running game app, which looks fun and is something different. Hope this helps and congratulations on graduating 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏆
Thanks all will definitely take on board your advice and take things slowly
Congrats 🥳
