Back after a week off

I had to take the whole of last week off as I hurt my foot / ankle on a 13 mile hike. Today I decided to test things out on the treadmill (so I could avoid the long limp back if I wasn't quite ready). It was great 😃 I was able to do week 4 run 1 which I should have been doing last week. The hardest part was ignoring the urge to start playing with the speed because I was bored!!

It just goes to show how a week off to heal won't mean you have to go backwards!!
