Got up around 7:30 to get ready for my 8o'clock run. Mobile strapped on my arm and heeadphones in I was ready. I have been listening to the DJ Drop G mixes on my runs.

Run 1 and 2 were ok. I made sure I was running down a hill for run 3 for the first 30 seconds. I had to push myself to complete it and hear Sarah's "well done you've done it...slow done now"

Didn't have enough energy/stamina for a push in the last 60/90 seconds. But glad I did it :)

Good man. R1 in the bag. Midway through the next one you're exactly halfway through the whole goddamn programme. How good will that feel?

I have no idea what DJ Drop G mixes are. Possibly some modern thing. Or like Trail Mix. Nuts and seeds and stuff.

No matter. If it makes those foots move about and gets those legs sculpted and toned like skinned rabbits, you go for it.

Oh yea...I'm ready for Tuesday. 8 minutes, can we do it? Of course we can!!! :D

Going to walk a route for Tuesday soon then treat myself to a pizza - keto diet style (if I can source all the ingredients).
