Got up around 7:30 to get ready for my 8o'clock run. Mobile strapped on my arm and heeadphones in I was ready. I have been listening to the DJ Drop G mixes on my runs.
Run 1 and 2 were ok. I made sure I was running down a hill for run 3 for the first 30 seconds. I had to push myself to complete it and hear Sarah's "well done you've done it...slow done now"
Didn't have enough energy/stamina for a push in the last 60/90 seconds. But glad I did it
