One week to go!

I completed w8r3 this morning. Have been listening to music for the last couple of runs and trying to find my pace. Did a playlist of songs at 135 beats per minute last time and that was too slow. Did 150 bpm songs this morning and it may have been too fast... or I may have started at too fast a pace - I was running ahead of the beat at the start and bit knackered by the end. Don’t want to overdo it with the extra couple of minutes being added to the run next week. One week to go!

I wouldn't worry about pace and cadence until after week nine. You can always try using the podcasts instead of the app. The music on the podcasts was commissioned from a company specifically for the program.

I just chose music I like which I thought I could run to. A bit of Coldplay, take that, Craig David and George Michael. I’d say don’t analyse it too much, just go for what makes a run more pleasant at this stage.
