Week 5

I’ve just finished week 5 and I love this programme. For anyone just starting, it’s taken me 4 years to get here. I lost 2 stone 4 years ago and started doing Jessica Smith workouts from YouTube. They have made me strong enough and fit enough to do this. So if you are struggling don’t be disheartened, remember we are all different. Now to watch the royal wedding 🌞
