Wow what a run. Was half looking forward to this run today and half not. Got up very early and thought if I can do 20 mins and no more I won't beat myself up about it.

Set off with the dog on a beautiful morning, saw some deer and that was all the company this morning.

Lost track of time til Michael.said 5 mins then 12.5 mins and thought so can do this. Wasn't out of breath was taking it easy.

AND I SMASHED IT...... so chuffed and even felt could have gone longer, mad how far we have come.

After a mid week wobble who would have thought this would be a good run.
