Week 2 of couch to five k

So pleased I have got to the end of week 2. Enjoying the challenge so much but have now woke up with such a severe pain in the heal of my right foot. I can't even walk properly let alone run. I am so upset. I have researched on the net and it doesn't seem a quick fix. Has anyone else experienced this and any suggestions on what I can do to keep going?

Basically, rest up and if it persists get advice from a medical professional.
