Wow can’t imagine running after a long week at work. Very well done ! I run very early- more to do with embarrassment than anything else but would love to go out when I felt like it. You’re at the same stage as me so good luck with the next few weeks!
Thanks for the support, good to know there’s other people on the same week, I have really early start otherwise would do arghhh now on longer runs need to get two in at the weekend I think. Good luck this week 👋🏻😊🏃♀️
Well done for getting out there. It does get easier! Two of my runs are always after work and I love being able to 'run off the day! The hardest part is getting changed when I feel shattered after a busy day and just want to flop down in a chair...but I usually find I feel so much better afterwards.☺
Can relate to that, I walk around 8-14 miles a day at work then come home for a run. Gets harder as week goes on. I find myself trying to talk myself out of running with poor excuses, though once running feel great. Keep smiling your out there doing couch to 5k that's an accomplishment on its own. Well done.
Thanks! I was looking forward to the run to de stress and it is effective when I’ve done I feel a real sense of achievement of a different kind but argh think I need to drink more water 😭💧🏃♀️
Heavy legs is a symptom of poor hydration. You need to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 litres per day, as mentioned in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
