Finally feel like I’ve graduated!

Feeling fab after doing a comfortable 5.5k today! Wasn’t within the 30 minutes of course, but that’s a longer term challenge.

I graduated last month, but didn’t feel the joyful ta-dah as my mind was hung up on the 5k in the title- but now all is good!

I even had a chat with a newbie Couch-to-5k runner, jogging backwards as we compared who we listened to in the podcast!

Thank you! Following the program was rather like doing the course work but now I feel that I’ve sat the final exam.

That’s not to say that everyone who completes W9 doesn’t deserve a huge round of applause though!
