Well after week 3 run 2 where I was sure that someone had replaced my legs with concrete posts, I was a bit concerned about this one.
So I decided to do some research and discovered some stretches. Legs felt like they belonged to someone else still but this time a runners. The first 90 seconds run I actually had to force myself to slow down as I was concerned in be blown before I could do the 2x 3 mins cycles.
Anyway completed it and I ENJOYED it. I'm still in shock.
Week 4 starts Sunday peeps.. How did that happen.
Have a great weekend. Safe running lads and lasses

Nice one Dudders! Good luck with wk 4. I’ve done 2 week 4 runs. They are ok. I would advise dropping your pace until you get to the last 5 min run and then see how you feel.
