Was 14 stone when starters 17'April. Now 14 stone 3 !!!!!! How did that happen. No snacks. No beer apart from last weekend due to wedding. Still counting calories not taking more then 1500. And today gone up another pound of old money.
Im running better now doing 20 mins non stop running. Feel a lot better. Use the gym on my rest day.
The weight must soon start moving !!!

I don't run fast enough to burn any serious calories. Sometimes I think I'm toning up but other times I think I'm just more happy with my legs because of what they can do for me!
Well done on your progress so far. As far as your weight is concerned 3lb isn't a significant gain so it's probably just normal fluctuations.
Seems like you're addressing all the right things. If you don't mind me asking how are you tracking your calories? 1500 is a low number - in fact it's usually recommended men don't go under this amount without medical supervision. Are you eating back your exercise calories?
