So yesterday I did the last WK7 run, the 1st one was good, second very hard and almost stopped halfway, but super coach hubby kept me going, then the final one was tough but doable. I think now we have changed our route as we are running for longer and now taking in some uphill running has made a difference. But I am still on track, no injuries and determined to see this through so all good.

Just looking at your runs. As with you I did the same. Pushed on to 20 mins but had to give up. Next one will be Monday. I'll have to use my super coach, my mind..
