Just run my third 25min run, week 7r2! Not too out of breath either thanks to extra deep breaths and better posture. Slow and steady is definitely key 👍

Hi! Snap, I did my third 25 minute run yesterday. My breathing seems to sort itself out at about the 10 minute mark, up until that point I sound like a steam engine!!
Sounds like you’re doing really well...not long to go until the end of the programme and out into the big wide world!
