Quite a few.. some from choice and some with no choice.... if you follow the plan... then you are running.. and that is the main point:)

Me.. I am an outdoor gal... and absolutely adore it:)

I tend to combine the treadmill and the outdoors - it works well for me :-)

I started yesterday on the treadmill at the local gym. I think for me it will be a combination of treadmill and outdoors. Good luck.

I done all my runs on treadmill apart from w5r1 and been outdoors since start of w6 (just finished w6r3 today) Totally loved it on the treadmill but had to start the transition to outdoor ready for a charity run in July.

Transition from treadmill to outdoor for me was hard but after few try's it's got a lot better.

You chose treadmill and/outdoors it's your call ๐Ÿ˜Šenjoy ๐Ÿ˜

Thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

Loads of us! Well me for one... I have tried running outside but prefer the treadmill. Can't run outside in any kind of hot or humid weather due to a medical condition- much better for me in air conditioned gym.

Me. Treadmill all the way at home. Will complete the plan on it then venture outside for some social running groups. The treadmill then will be for when I cant get out due to childcare and the winter. Good luck x

Iโ€™ve never tried outside but really do enjoy the treadmill think that will be my form of running,

like welshwitch says air con is very comfortable to train in

Treadmill till end of W5 then felt confident enough to hit the Dartmoor lanes this week for r2 &3, loved it, but will be in the gym on Sunday to check pace and see which is easier/boring on longer continuous runs

Iโ€™m treadmiller ๐Ÿ˜ I love it itโ€™s in the garage so not far to go when youngest is in bed ๐Ÿ˜ had a few days off as had a wisdom tooth out on Tuesday and feeling sorry for myself and Info I got said no physical exercise (I donโ€™t need much persuasion ๐Ÿ˜œ) but Iโ€™m thinking of doing w3r3 again on Saturday to then start w4r1 on Monday. Iโ€™m hoping to migrate to outdoor running soonish but not confident enough to just yet ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ‘

Do whatever makes you happy, wherever your doing it, your off the couch and thatโ€™s the main thing ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Iโ€™m treadmill but definitely would like to try outside once, not confident enough yet but aslong as your running I doubt it matters

Iโ€™m on the treadmill as much to gain confidence as any other reason. Iโ€™ve tried running outside before and found it really hard. I might do all nine weeks on the treadmill and then start it again outside, knowing that I can do the 30 minute run.
