Mentally I really didn't think I would manage W4R1 but listened to the advice that you can manage each run by sticking to the plan, and I done it this morning. The smile on my face when I completed the 2nd 5min run, I was so chuffed. Definitely think having beautiful views to run along side help mentally. Now my struggle of run 2, as it should be Saturday, however I'm doing the 9mile Ayrshire Hospice Starlight Walk on Saturday night so don't want to tire my muscles before that so might postpone Saturdays run and see how I feel on the Sunday.

I did mine yesterday and thought it was hard!. Then again Iβm running round a graveyard in south London so I donβt have as inspiring views as you ππ

That's one stunning view. I'll swap any time. And flat too π
W4 is a tricky SOB. Giving yourself an extra day for R2 sounds very wise. Best to rest and crack R2 than try to do too much together. See how your body feels on the day..
