2 week break now back on it.

Just done week 1 run 2. Feel great about it. Anxious about the more intense runs ahead. Did W1R1 a few weeks back but never made the second run due to bad weather and then a bad back due to lifting error at work. Was in back pain hell for about a week then just demotivated and didn’t want to go out again. (Self conscious and low esteem wearing sports gear).

Colleagues at work encouraged me to start again and this week I’ve been getting up super early and done it twice now.

Feel much better in myself for actually getting on with it.

Going to get on with it and hope to do this and maybe the Oxford half marathon in the autumn. Ha!

Well done to you all out there. Without your encouragement half of us would fail.

Thank you to you all and let’s keep going. 😁👍🏃‍♂️

Well done for having another go and it's wonderful that your work mates support you.isn't it great to be up and about early?

Don't worry about the longer runs, just focus and enjoy the one you are doing. We have all been there and you will do it! I am on week 8 and no one can be as unfit as I was.

Good luck with the plan- look forward to seeing your progress 💪👍
