Just finished the first run of the week 2 set and to be honest I donā€™t feel too bad. I thought I might struggle having worked all night before and not had any sleep, but I kept my water intake up during the night and I now feel better after the run than I normally do without running!

Bring on run 2, onwards and upwards šŸ¤ž
