But I read the posts about R3! Eeeek I’d rather not know!! 20 mins??? Really??? It will either be Tuesday or Wednesday as I cycled 9 miles on Sunday after R2 and definitely over did it! I feel shocking today so may take an extra rest day 😕

Well done! You’ll be fine with W3 just go really slowly and the feeling when you’ve done it will definitely be worth it! 😃😃

Hey there! I seem to remember you having a minor blip a couple of weeks ago! But look where you are now. A couple of days from w5r3! You know the plan. Slow and steady (slower than usual is a good pace to start with) drink plenty the day before (not wine unfortunately) and trust that all previous runs have prepped you for this. You absolutely can and will do it! Good luck!

I did run 3 today and this time last week thought “no way!” But people on here told me to change my mindset and think positively! And it worked! I ran non stop and enjoyed it! Good luck, I found listening to a podcast rather than music really helpful 😊

Well done.

We've all been there. As said before, start slow, don't worry about the pace, relax into it and take in what's going on around you. It will make the time pass.

This plan has helped you condition yourself to be prepared for this run.
