Over winter I went on a treadmill. I hit the roads a few weeks back running and it was horrific. I went back to week 3. I have just done week 4 run 2. My app closed half was through and I didn't know. lm running and running and another song has played and finished. Sarah has still not told me to stop. Anyway week 4 run 2 in the bag with a little bit extra. I'm getting there slowly but today I'm knackered.
