So I have had three rest days as was away at the weekend, I have to get out today and conquer this last run of week 4. Dreading it! The thought I cling to is the improvement in my mood after the run. For the rest of the day I feel noticeably happier and more positive, be it endorphins or pride, thatās what I remind myself of when I donāt want to go out! I donāt hate being out doing it but it is hard, and I canāt wait to finish. I hope that soon Iāll love the run itself.
