Hi All I am 39 years of age and 5’ 6” Started the day with the morning trip to the scale 21 stone 4 pounds today was the start of something new time for change!!!! Just completed week 1 run 1 and not feeling as bad as I thought I would, I actually achieved it feeling positive moving forward come on!!!!!!!

Well done you. Especially as it’s hot out there. Keep it up. Have you thought of swimming or even walking in the pool . Water supports your joints. There are lots of people walking in the pool on the sessions I go to
