Just that really ... run 3 of week 1 in the bag. celebrating in the street as though I'd completed the London Marathon rather than 8 x 60second joglets but I am so happy with myself and I just wanted to shout about it π
If you saw a mad woman jumping up and down rec... - Couch to 5K
If you saw a mad woman jumping up and down recreating a scene from a Rocky it was me completing run 3 week 1 and I just needed to celebrate!

Good on you. Jump as high as you can π
Well done. I did W1r3 yesterday too, and and at the time I just wanted to curl up in a ball. Enjoyed it though. π
I promise it gets better. I was convinced I'd need to call for an ambulance to get me home during week 1. I felt dreadful, had a stitch in my side, my heart was pounding, couldn't breathe....fast forward to yesterday, and I ran for 25 minutes straight. OK not exactly ran, more like a gentle jog, but still. The programme really works.

Jump as high as you like... enjoy that feeling and carry it with you as you move forward

You sound just like me! Well done on getting going. It's a great feeling isn't it? And thank you for my new favourite word - joglet!
