Completed first thing this morning. Felt good, but I felt I was going faster than I should be. Need to slow down bearing in mind what is coming in the next few weeks.

Other than that, all is good. 3rd run on sunday then onto week 2.

Well done! I wouldn’t stress about your pace just yet. If it felt good and you completed the runs comfortably that’s great. You may need to wind it back a bit as the runs get longer but you’ll work that out for yourself. Keep it up!
