Great decision to start c25k, it’s a fantastic programme and will do wonders for physical fitness and mental well being.

Very important to take at least one rest day between run days, and great that you love your cycling too. Just please don’t push yourself too much with the cycling on those rest days.

I go for a bike ride on non run days, but I do a fairly leisurely 10k.

You’ll get all the support, encouragement, and advice you need on here.

Happy running πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‘

I will do, I ride my bike to work which is about a 10 mile round trip, it's only during this lockdown period I've upped the mileage, when everything is back to normal then I only aim to do one long bike ride a week, I've got my eye on the London to Brighton bike ride, but that will be in the next year or 2.
