I was dreading this one but it was not too bad after all. I felt great afterwards and perhaps unduly proud of the achievement of running 3 minutes.

On the other hand, the good weather brings A LOT of people out to my otherwise deserted running spot. I try not to be self conscious but I can’t help it for now.

As ever, I find a short yoga session after cool down is an excellent way to stretch too.

Well done to you! Enjoy feeling great and proud. You are making progress on the C25K plan that's worth feeling good about. All the best for your next run!

Every longer run is a milestone toward the 30 minute runs so you have every right to be proud. Well done!
