So I’m amazed to be finding myself doing longer runs already. This last one was the first time I’ve seriously contemplated stopping before the end. In fact, I *did* stop unconsciously to adjust my hat for a second but not long enough to count as a rest. I seem to be exhausted all the time, even on my rest days. I’m hoping my body will get used to the new long runs soon. I will just keep going until it does. I am starting to wonder what I should do once Couch to 5k is completed!

Hi jimmers, well done. I have just posted about W7R3 and can totally relate to what you are saying about been tired. I have really struggled with this week and like you just want my body to adjust to the non stop runs.

Thanks for the encouragement! I just did W7R3 and it went a lot better. I kept myself busy trying to count my footsteps (I'm trying to work out what bpm music I should listen to. At the moment I just have Sarah Millican for company on the app!) and I got to the end without felling tempted to stop at all. Onto week 8 where I reckon I might have the same midweek dip and, hopefully Friday recovery!
