W5R1 in the bag. Quite sure I can nail R2. However R3 ... What the hell 20 mins already.... any tips

Me too, just done W5R2 and somewhat alarmed by the prospect of Run 3....

I know. Sounds like a massive step up doesn’t it? Don’t let it worry you though. It’s very doable. Take a little off your pace for the first 10. Save a bit for the second and remember that all previous runs have been in preparation for this one. Trust the plan. You can and will do it! Good luck!
