Just getting to the point where I had consolidated 30 mins and was covering 5.5km and it was just starting to become enjoyable......then a sunny weekend and out comes the Badminton net.
Three games in and I pulled the back of knee! It’s been nearly a week and I can still feel it when I walk.
Any advice? It’s at the top of my calf behind my knee.
