Week 2 run 1

So on Tuesday hubby and I set out to atart week 2... after a few hobbling bobbles... I had to just brisk walk it. I couldn't do it due to the pain I was getting in my knees, hips and ankles. I was so looking forward to starting week 2. Hubby was brilliant.. completed the run and has spent the last two days trying to lift me out of the doldrums. Two days of knee exercises from the NHS and BOOM!

Thursday - Week 2 run 1 accomplished 😎

Feels good. Thanks to everyone for the advice and encouragement - what a great group to be a part of.

Thanks.. another bridge crossed. I am so determined to be a runner. I learnt to slow down this morning. 🏃‍♀️🙂
