Yes I wasn’t looking forward to this one. Not because of the step up but because everything this week has been conspiring against me. I’ve had a heavy cold all week so when Sarah told me to breathe through my nose, I thought she was mocking me. This coupled with hay fever that has left me drained and with watery eyes making everything a little blurry at times. An old knee injury decided to remind me that I need to keep slow and steady (I may rename it old floss). Then the 4 year old decided that falling asleep can’t happen before 9 o’clock so my runs have all been really late. Finally I put on the wrong podcast (for week 6) although thankfully also had the app on to sort me out.
But I did it and boy am I chuffed. I’d have used all these excuses and a bucket load more to not go out tonight in the past so this has to be a positive step.

Brilliant! Feels great doing that one doesn’t it!? More so with all the extra challenges you had. It’s A real boost into w6. Good luck with the rest of the plan!
