Absolutely shattered and although it’s part walking....I’ve only ran 8 mins 🤨 I’m so unfit! My chest feels wheezy 😬🏃🏻‍♀️

Hello, well done on run 1, yay! If you’e knackered to the point of wheezing you’re very likely going too fast. It’s not a sprint you’re aiming for. For run 2 (after your day’s rest) slow right down to a gentle jog. If you still get tired with that speed, jog even slower. Think snail rather than hare ;)

Well done! I have just completed my first one, I think I was more of a sloth than a hare lol but I feel good for doing it, my legs ache right now. Hi five for doing it!
