If somebody told me about 6 weeks ago that I would be running nonstop for 25 minutes by now I wouldn’t have believed it was possible, but here I am and looking forward to Friday and W7R2 and notching up the pace a little, still way off 30 min 5k pace but improving all the time.💪

Very well done . You are doing so well . I’m a couple of runs behind you and I too , can’t believe I’m running either!

It’s such an amazing program- the results are fab!I’m just one run ahead of you, and yes pace is an issue for me too but I’m sure that can be built on once you can run comfortably for 30 minutes

Agreed that the programme is great, would never have got this far without it, closely followed by the supportive network that let's you know you aren't alone
