Can’t believe am saying I’ve completed week 3 and feeling stronger but haven’t lost much weight maybe need to access my meals and snacks (beer ain’t good) trying to survive this heat lol

Have you measured for inches. I’ve not lost weight running but my arms & legs are definitely smaller & more toned

Well done! I'm not looking to the programme to lose weight particularly (though I have dropped a couple of pounds each week so far). Tho to be fair my only real eating problem is occasionally missing my mouth....
