Week 5 isn't as bad as you think it will be. Read lots of posts about week 5. Everybody dreads w5r3 but the vast majority manage it. The program has been training you for it and your body is more ready than you think.

Each W4 workout at 21.5 minutes is longer than each W5 workout.
W4 you ran for 16 minutes in each session.
W5R1 you run for 15 minutes, with 6 minutes brisk walking, total 21 minutes
W5R2 you run for 16 minutes with 5 minutes brisk walking, total 21 minutes.
W5R3 you run for 20 minutes total.
With the energy expenditure difference between a brisk walk and a gentle jog being minimal, the big step up is mythical and psychological.
Practice grinning........
I was dreading week 5 so looked for tips on here how to get through the 20 min run.
1 pace yourself, it’s not a sprint.
2 download a podcast, listening to someone talking takes your mind off the run. I listened to a comedy show and was engrossed...I could have kept running when Jo told me I’d finished.
3 you love running xxx

Yep... as you have done so far..one stop in front of the other... slow and really steady..:
