As your other response says, it is possible to fear every run, but it is totally unnecessary.

What are you actually dreading?

Doing a workout, on a training plan, that you signed up to voluntarily, with the aim of getting you to run for thirty minutes, with the understanding that if you don't complete a run you simply repeat it, is no reason to let dread enter your life.

Get rid of the negativity, trust the programme and believe in yourself......look how far you have come.

If you are still having doubts read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it.
