Yesterday I ran the final session of week 2. I have noticed that my shin bones have felt a bit tender after the runs this week, though they are not necessarily sore as such. I am a bit concerned about W3R1 and am wondering whether this is just a normal feeling as my legs are becoming accustomed to the impact of running or whether I should take steps to adjust how I run?
Other than that the sunny weather attracted huge amounts of revellers, strollers and loungers to my usually quiet running spot which was making me quite self conscious. I have definitely realised how much I love running in the rain!

Hi, i start wk 3 tomorrow, yes my shins have been a bit sore as ive been running but nothing too serious so i am thinking it cud just be everything ajusting with the running, hopefully it will ease off the more we run X
I was getting the beginnings of sore shins at week 2. I switched from pavement to dirt track and haven't had any bother since. I just completed week 5 ☺
