So I headed out at 6am this morning to take on Wk6 R3, excited but also nervous. Could I run for 25 mins?
So Sarah let me know that I had run for 5 minutes but then all was silent. It was a beautiful day so I just kept going, thinking that maybe she talks less on longer runs!?! After a while I began to suspect that all was not well, and lo and behold Sarah had decided that she was better off in bed and the app had left me to it.
Fortunately I had decided to track my run today with Map my Run and when I checked I had run for 28 minutes. I can run for 28 minutes!!! I am absolutely buzzing 😀😀😀
