Sarah Millican abandoned me on the way back! It was the 2nd (and last) 10minute run of W6R2 - I still don't know how long I'd been running but it was longer than 10! She said she'd be with me all the way 😂😂 Note to self:don't take this too seriously 🤗

I think occasionally the coaches just do weird stuff, to keep you on your mettle. You obviously passed with flying colours.

Oh nooo! You seem remarkably unfazed by your coach's abandonment, well done for taking it all in your stride! Same thing happened to me today with the podcast and I got in a right tizz! I was thinking I must download the app as it will be more reliable but maybe it isn't! 😲

I'm just glad it wasn't the music that disappeared! Maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't be relying on technology 🤔 I'll wear my watch from now on! It does throw you though doesn't it? 😊

I have been using the podcast but realised that's why my mobile data usage has gone through the roof - you stay connected to the internet all the way round. I thought it downloaded to your phone but it seems not, that must be why the podcast stopped when I got a certain distance from my house - I had turned mobile data off to save money!

😂😂😂 I know!! I haven't worn one for years- must be a sign of age, a suggestion to the kids for a Mother's Day present! Takes me back to the 80's! 😍
