Well cracked on early before the heat kicked in today . But most pleased about knee not hurting ( had another person say it again to me today !! “Stop running woman you’ll bugger you’re knees ! “ If they hurt I’ll stop or rest or slow down but they feel better !!Something about being an older women runner makes people talk all the time about knees !! But biggest effect has been on my mood and energy levels . So ...Not gonna stop !🙂 unless my body tells me to .

I know isn’t it weird that the more exercise you do, the more energy you have? I don’t get why that is! And my knees have got better - not worse - with running. I’m a woman of 60, by the way, on week 7 now and running for 25 minutes.
