I cant believe i graduated!

Even writting "I graduated" sounds surreal.

It feels like it was yesterday i started c25k. It was sometime back in August.

Today i wanted to go for my final run. My last two runs on week 9 went well, even very well. Today i was tired and by 10 o clock at night i decided i wanted to do it, even knowing it was too late and wasnt going to be a great run.

And it wasnt. I was really tired but i completed it. I am sitting at the kitchen table now and feel the happiest person in earth. It was dark and cold bit nice and dry. I saw the golden leaves falling on the road, felt the wind. A fox crossed the path in front of me...what a magical moment. I was too tired and my body wanted to stop but i realised thats the learning of the program. Sometimes its going to be great. Sometimes is not going to be great. Its the same as life. Life is not always going to be great and thats ok.

The main thing is to keep going, never give up. And after a bad run, go for another one. As a someone i know said only to tie your laces to go out on a run is the main thing.

It was great, cannot express how happy i am feeling at the moment. Its an achivement. Its a lesson.

I am writting all this here maybe to remember some time in the future. Sorry for making this so long.

I am thrilled and just want to wish all the best to all of you. Thanks for being there. Keep it up! xx

Congratulations! 🏃‍♀️🍾🏆🏅

And don't apologize for a long post. I do them all the time.

I've never seen a fox on a run. Plenty of grey squirrels. And once (when walking) a deer.

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, I remember a young fox darting in front of me while I was walking along a path, it was so close to me that I could have touched it although I did not.

To get your graduation badge and the word graduate next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the Healthunlocked October C25K graduation page and tell the administrators that you have graduated by running run 3 of week 9.
