So for all you out there who think you will NEVER get to run for 30 minutes, I bear witness to the fact you will! I never thought it possible..I couldnt run for a bus last year (which is what got me going).
This programme is not a fake, it really works! I was hung up n W5R3 but once I saw the slow running video, my attitude changed and I blew right through that and the next runs, thinking “I can do this”, after years of “cant”. Please stick with it, even on days when you think you cant/wont because you can always allow yourself to stop..but you wont! And keep watching this forum, which really did it for me. Thank you all. Im going to settle of 3x weekly 30 minute runs and try to improve distance. Thank you all for all your support.
